Reservations
Individual reservations are considered firm upon payment of a 50% deposit. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If the stay is booked less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
In the event of a change to the arrival and/or departure date, the total amount of the initial stay will be invoiced in full as compensation, without exception. The deposit and balance are non-refundable.

No-show
In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.

Upon check-in, the guest must provide the hotel with a valid credit card number with expiration date and security code to cover any consumption or additional charges during the stay, with authorization for direct debit or pre-authorization (credit card deposit). A police form must also be completed.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in winter and until 9 p.m. in summer. Outside these hours, the guest must provide their estimated arrival time and request the entrance code as well as their room number.
Outside the hotel’s opening hours, management declines all responsibility in case of late arrival.
Stay
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. Any late departure may result in an extra charge.
Late check-out (2 p.m.) with reception approval: €50, subject to availability.
"Late enjoy": enjoy the outdoor pool and solarium even after your check-out for an additional €30 per person.
All rooms in our establishment are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, the cost of restoring the room will be charged.
Early departures will not be refunded.
Tourist tax: €2.30 per day and per person over 16 years old, payable on departure.
Guests must respect the rules of all common areas of the hotel and restaurant.
Bar-Restaurant: alcohol consumption is prohibited for persons under 18 years old.
Safes are available free of charge in all rooms. Management cannot be held responsible for valuables and jewelry left in the rooms.
SPA: the wellness area (pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna) is open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The outdoor pool opens at 10 a.m. in summer.
Access to the SPA is included from 4 p.m. on your arrival day until 10 a.m. on your departure day, according to opening hours.
The hammam, jacuzzi and sauna are prohibited for minors under 14 years old.
Access to the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and pool is not permitted for people who are not hotel or restaurant guests. Pool access for minors is under parental responsibility and they must be accompanied. Hotel Le Labrador 1971 declines all responsibility in case of damage, loss, injury, and reserves the right to deny access to any person refusing to comply with operating and safety rules.
In case of malfunction of any hotel facility, restaurant, wellness area or spa, the hotel will do its best to reduce inconvenience, but no compensation may be claimed.
Guests must ensure they are in good physical and health condition and able to use the facilities.
Internet and WIFI use: Internet use must comply with current regulations (HADOPI Law of June 12, 2009). Hotel Le Labrador 1971 is not responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to third parties due to the guest’s use of the Internet.
The hotel is not responsible for content accessible via the Internet, for any damage that may result from its use, nor for the use of data and information that the user may have uploaded online. The hotel reserves the right to take action against the user if its liability is engaged for acts committed by them.
Animals: For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are only allowed in the hotel with prior approval from management, with a supplement of €30 per day and per animal, excluding food.
External service providers are not allowed to operate within the hotel
Legal notice: Law No. 2012-387 of March 22, 2012 (article 96).
Disputes:
The language of the contract is French, and the governing law is French law. Jurisdiction: in case of dispute, only the courts of first instance, high court or commercial court of the Bonneville district (Haute-Savoie) are competent.
