Identity of the Data Controller

GTHR (Groupe Thibon Hôtellerie and Resort), whose registered office is located at 541 rue du centre 74260 Les Gets, identified in the SIRET register under number 90422487000017 and registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Annecy, is the data controller for the data processed through the website www.labrador-hotel.com/

Collection of Personal Data

As part of browsing the Site, GTHR collects personal data relating to Users of the Site, strictly necessary for the provision of the Services, namely the following categories of data:

  • Identification and address data: Title, last name, first name, postal address (including postal code, city, country), email, phone number, date of birth, billing address, and, where applicable, children’s ages, as well as certain elements that may justify the user’s identity if necessary.
  • Usage history data: Loyalty Program membership, key dates, previous stays or interactions as a User, products and/or services used, service requests and/or special arrangements:
    • Data relating to loyalty program membership;
    • Key dates;
    • Previous stays or interactions as a client, products and services purchased, service requests and special arrangements;
    • Client preferences and personalised data;
    • Social network account identifiers, profile picture and other public data, or information made available when linking with social network and loyalty accounts.
  • Data relating to the approval or refusal of direct marketing (SMS or email);
    • Data relating to loyalty and marketing, including data on email and SMS usage (sending date, email opening, clicks, etc.);
  • Data relating to interactions with customer service and/or event services;
  • Data relating to internet browsing (cookies, browsing data, audience measurement, etc.).
  • Data relating to job applications.

The collection of personal data is carried out:

  • Via online forms completed by the User for different information requests (booking, questionnaires, client account preferences, etc.);
  • Via the integration of data from the User’s social network accounts. This integration requires the User’s explicit approval by validating the proposal made to them;

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is collected and processed by GTHR for the purpose of:

  • Allowing the User to book Services,
  • Facilitating the execution by the Hotel of the Services booked by the User,
  • Optimising the management of User satisfaction:
    • Sending and collecting pre- and post-stay questionnaires,
    • Access to contact forms,
  • Adapting the offer to the User’s preferences:
    • Account creation,
    • Quote requests and other client journey touchpoints,
    • Customer service,
  • Facilitating the management of the loyalty programme and Guest Management System (client knowledge tool),
  • Ensuring that the site content is presented in the most efficient way (display, navigation, etc.),
  • Allowing the User to participate interactively in the Site’s services, subject to their prior express consent;
  • Informing the User of any changes to the Site’s offer;
  • Allowing the User to submit a job application;
  • Organising marketing operations, subject to the User’s prior express consent.

Depending on the purpose of the processing, it will be based either on compliance with a contractual or legal obligation, or on consent or legitimate interest.

Recipients of Collected Data

Personal data processed by Société Européenne d’Hôtellerie is intended for authorised departments of GTHR.

Furthermore, other recipients may access all or part of the personal data depending on their level of authorisation and the purpose, namely:

  • Authorised departments of Société Européenne d’Hôtellerie’s service providers;
  • State bodies, police services, and judicial authorities, particularly in the case of judicial requisitions, as part of their mission.

Information and Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, any person concerned by the processing has the right to query, access, rectify, erase data concerning them, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds and the right to object to direct marketing. Under Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection and the amended law of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, data subjects also have the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to request information, access, rectification, and erasure of their data. Data subjects also have the right to issue specific and general directives regarding the retention, erasure, and communication of their personal data after death. Personal data processed is retained based on its purpose, in accordance with applicable legislation, and archived according to legal retention and limitation periods, including tax, commercial, and accounting requirements.

Personal data is hosted on servers belonging to the service provider Boondooa located in Annecy-le-Vieux.
