At the “Le Saint Laurent” restaurant managed by young chef Jonathan MARZOCCA gourmets will discover or rediscover sophisticated local cuisine. His cuisine is so varied that you will have the opportunity to try a whole host of different dishes. Typical local dishes and fine wines will delight young and old.
And you simply can’t miss out on the splendid desserts created by our pastry chef, Ludovic RITTER.
Don’t hesitate to choose half board as the menus are a daily delight. Every week there is the fabulous Savoyard evening and a gourmet menu worthy of a great chef.
Each evening you will find Patrick GALLAY, the master of the house, in front of the open fire. He will astound you with his skill and mastery of preparing succulent grilled meats, a tasty rib roast, delicious duck breasts or delightful Sisteron lamb. He will also invite you to try some meat from his own “Salers” herd.
In the restaurant, an antique kitchen range occupies pride of place against a stone wall and heats up gleaming copper pans. Above the heads of the guests, enormous cow bells wait to be rung but only chime in the imaginations of those who behold them.
That’s also where breakfast is taken, served in traditional kitchenware, white porcelain with red mountain motifs: lucky hearts, dairy cows, pine trees and shepherds.
The wooden trays, wicker baskets, fine lace, edelweiss and snowmen add the finishing touches to an authentically Savoyard décor.
